• If you have ever been evicted, have a history of bad credit your application may be denied.
• If you fail to fill out your application completely, your application may be denied.
Application Process
You must submit a rental application and pay $40.00 for single and $15.00 for any additional applicant. The application fee is non-refundable. The application fee must be paid by money order, or certified check. We cannot accept cash.
An application must be filled out for each individual 18 years of age or older that will be occupying the home.
The information you provided on your application will be processed and reviewed to determine if you meet the rental criteria. If you meet the rental criteria, your application will be approved. Income qualifications vary from property to property.
After Approval a $350.00 holding fee is required. The holding fee is non-refundable and is applied to the security deposit.
PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. Completed application.
2. Copies of Social Security Cards for entire family (if applicable).
3. Copy of Driver’s License or Non-Drivers License.
4. Current verification of Income, ( last 3 most Pay Check Stubs, or a New hire Letter on Letterhead or current award letter from Social Security Administration Office, or State and Federal Income Tax returns etc.).
5. Signature of all persons over age eighteen (18) on all documents.
